Professional, Graduate and Foreign Geologists
The Code sets out professional practice and ethical obligations pursuant to section 4 of the Geologists Act 2008. Sanctions, conditions or restrictions may also be imposed under section 33.

Duties to Clients
Covers reasonable fees, confidentiality, conflicts of interest, professional responsibility, seals, evidence and disclosure.
