Objectives:

  • To highlight global platform for preventing and reducing disaster risk, and to promote the public-private investment in DRR for building a resilient nation;
  • To understand the need of disaster economics, critical infrastructure and social capital, which is in line with the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030;
  • To exchange views, experiences and case studies for structural, non-structural measures and disaster prevention for sustainable development
